If you're a vegan with a sweet tooth, get ready to satisfy your cravings with the delectable Vegan Crumbl Chocolate Oreo Cookie. This vegan treat is a mouth-watering fusion of rich, chocolatey goodness with simplicity of a classic Oreo.

Ingredients
For the Cookies-
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1½ cups vegan butter, melted
2 cups granulated sugar
½ cup tablespoons aquafaba (chickpea water)
1/2 tsp cream of tartar (optional)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups crushed Oreos
For the Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting-
1 cup vegan cream cheese
2 tablespoons vegan butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup crushed Oreos
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the melted vegan butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip 1/2 cup chickpea water with cream of tartar (optional) until foamy. Add it to the butter-sugar mixture with the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
Add the dry ingredients and crushed vegan sandwich cookies to the wet mixture.
Use a 4-ounce ice cream scoop to form 6-7 dough balls on each cookie sheet.
Bake for 11-14 minutes, then let the cookies cool.
For the frosting, beat the vegan cream cheese, vegan butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating until the frosting is smooth.
Pipe the frosting onto the cooled cookies in a spiral.
Top with vegan chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs and enjoy!Gently toss the tofu in the sauce until all pieces are well-coated. Serve and enjoy!
