Veggie Ball Pasta Dump & Bake

This is the easiest 4-ingredient dump-and-bake dinner I make when I want something cozy with zero effort. Just toss everything into one dish, bake it, and dinner basically takes care of itself.

Veggie Ball Pasta Dump & Bake

Ingredients

For the Dump & Bake:

• 3 1/2 cups gluten-free pasta

• 1 bag frozen veggie balls

• 1 (650 mL) jar marinara sauce + 1 cup water

• 2 cups veggie stock

• 1 cup diced veggies, optional


For the Topping:

• 1–1½ cups vegan mozzarella shreds



Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Add the pasta, veggie balls, marinara sauce, and water to a 9x13 baking dish. Stir well.

  3. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

  4. Remove foil, stir, and check that the pasta is tender. Add a splash more water if needed.

  5. Sprinkle with vegan mozzarella.

  6. Return to the oven for 5 minutes, then broil for 1–2 minutes until melty.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
